Doctor appointments are usually just that—appointments—but I had such a remarkable experience working with Doctor Steinberg, I felt compelled to leave a review. I am a single mom to a toddler, and we both rely on Medicaid; I had never heard about an optometrist accepting Medicaid until EFAA referred me to Vantage Vision, where I was super impressed by everything it covered (the majority of my exam cost, as well as one free pair of glasses). Not only does Doctor Steinberg accept Medicaid, but he also frequently works with EFAA, a Boulder County organization that helps people with financial struggles cover the cost of things like prescriptions, car repairs, rent, etc. Doctor Steinberg and his staff were incredibly thoughtful and professional throughout my visit—I came during a busy time where multiple other people were also being seen, but I never had to wait long, and I was in and out in less than an hour (this included the time trying on and being fit for my new frames). It is such a nice feeling knowing you’re working with a genuinely good human being, and leaving an appointment feeling well taken care of. Thank you for everything, Vantage Vision!
