Bought a pair of Hardy Striped Pacific glasses here. They started out life as progressives but didn't quite work for me. WP customer service made it right by swapping the lenses for strictly computer lenses, refunding the difference in cost of the original progressives. I was astounded at this outcome. Couldn't be happier with the frames and lenses. But that's what you expect from a top brand known for satisfying the customer. Five stars.

The staff here are very cheerful and friendly! I came here on a weekday for an adjustment and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The store itself is pretty small and easy to miss, but the convenient location right on Union Square is hard to beat. I didn't buy my Warby Parker glasses from this specific location, but I definitely will when the time comes for new frames!
I purchased a pair of glasses with progressive lenses, which require careful measuring to determine the horizontal line where the lenses transition from distant focus to near. I had years of good experience with this type of eyeglasses. After I made a selection for the frames, the young man in the store did a haphazard job of measuring. Nevertheless I assumed he knew what he was doing. The glasses arrived and over several months of wearing them I realized I was constantly taking them off to read. I later discovered (at another Warby Parker location) that his measurement was off by 6 mm - a huge discrepancy. No amount of fiddling or adjusting could correct that - these were faulty eyeglasses from day one. Even though they admit they were completely at fault, Warby Parker refuses to make good because I didn't discover their mistake within the 30 day warranty. Really disgusted at having wasted $300 here. Fashionable - maybe. Quality - certainly not!!
Been to this branch and the one in Palo Alto. Both great. They really care about customer service. There really is no fuss with the returns policy. If you're within the time limit they'll do it. Even though they made a mistake with making my prescription glasses, I had to get them remade, and then ended up returning them anyway, throughout the whole process I had only a great experience and would use them again in a heartbeat. (This was a second pair, the first pair I got was great and ended up sticking with that one). I don't have the best sense of style but felt like I could go in there and any frame I picked would look good. And I've had compliments so I think I picked well even though it's bolder than I'm used to :) It's nice not to hate my glasses after 15 years of different frames.
Brand new store location that opened in November 2017. Came in to get my glasses adjusted, and was taken immediately on a Saturday afternoon. The person who adjusted my glasses said that this store hasn't been getting as many adjustments as Hayes does. So I highly suggest visiting this store to get your glasses adjusted since you won't have to wait too long.
