Warby Parker - Village Of Rochester Hills

I had an excellent experience at the Warby Parker store in Rochester Hills today. Everyone on the team was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and they made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I tried on several frames, and they were so helpful in answering my questions and offering suggestions until I finally found a pair that I absolutely loved. I also had my eye exam there, and the doctor was wonderful—very attentive, professional, and thorough. He explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions. The equipment and the overall experience felt very modern and professional. I truly appreciated how warm and welcoming everyone was. I left very happy with my new glasses and, more importantly, with the wonderful experience I had. I highly recommend this location! ❤️

First off, I’d like to address a “negative” review I saw from a customer who seemed more upset about company policy than the actual store experience—grow up, Marissa. As for my visit, I had one of the best retail experiences of my life here today. The staff was kind, informative, and genuinely helpful. Imani, Anya, and Cass were all professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable—they truly are the heart and soul of this store. Dr. Gappy was also fantastic. She clearly explained the different lens options and add-ons, and did so with a warm, professional demeanor that made the whole process easy and comfortable. Plus they've got some very impressive inner eye camera technology that blew me away. Overall, an outstanding experience from start to finish. I will heavily recommend this specific location. Couldn't be happier!

I cannot say enough about this Warby Parker in Rochester Hills! Before today I had not even been there. I just stopped by real fast during my work day in hopes that they would be able to put a screw into my eyeglasses because I was not able to get it in myself. The girl that helped me was so kind and helpful and worked on fixing my eyeglasses for about 15 minutes. It turns out the eyeglasses used an open screw in which to screw the eyeglasses together. Imani told me that it’s a difficult thing to fix but she was able to fix it for me for which I was so grateful and relieved seeing that I haven’t been able to use my glasses for about a week now. I asked Imani how much I owed her for fixing my glasses and she said don’t worry about it there would be no charge. Which was so kind of her seeing that it wasn’t a quick fix or anything. I can’t recommend this warby parkers enough! Imani was so friendly and helpful and the whole experience was amazing. I will definitely be giving them more business in the future! Totally recommend!!

Great experience from eye exam to the choosing of frames. Dr Gappy was great, very knowledgable and reviewed all my options for corrective lenses and contacts. The staff was also very helpful finding a frame that worked well for me-they have A LOT of options!

Everything about my experience at the store was great. I went to my ophthalmologist’s office and had my exam. I tried to get glasses there but it was going to be the same price for one pair of glasses (with my insurance) as it would be for two pairs at Warby Parker (without insurance). The sales associate was very kind and attentive. She was helpful in understanding how to submit a claim to my insurance since I was out of network. I’m very excited to get my glasses!
