Loved my time at Warby Parker!! From the very beginning, I could tell that my experience was going to be incredible. I came with a (long!) list of glasses that I wanted to try on and Tori was quick to offer to find them while I got my eye exam done (so efficient and considerate!). Dr. Klesken was fantastic, she is so friendly and informative - I loved meeting her! After my exam, I had tons of fun finding the best 2 pairs with Tori. Once I got my glasses delivered, Chris helped me adjust both pairs so they fit comfortably - super patient and detail oriented. Precious is amazing too! This entire team is by far the best. I've been to their West Loop location, but honestly this Willowbrook team makes you feel right at home. No ego, just a wonderful experience with people who really care and make you feel comfortable. I have already told my friends and family about this location and they're so excited to try Warby Parker for the first time. Thank you team!! 😊
