My wife and I love our new frames! Very affordable and they look amazing. The staff was very accommodating at this location. We went on a Tuesday and by Friday we received our new glasses mailed to our home! They didn't accept VSP but they filed a claim on behalf of both of us which covered almost all of the expense. Will definitely be going back here again soon!
Staff was amazing, the manager took us as the store was busy. She was super helpful, walked us through everything, made sure we knew what our insurance covered and even gave us advise on glasses. Such a well run store, favorable experience and I wont be shopping anywhere else for glasses again.
I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked into the store. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and the girl who helped me was super enthusiastic about finding the perfect frames for me. This is my second pair of Warby Parker glasses and they are well made and stylish. I love their style selection and they make the shopping experience not overwhelming. Highly recommend!
Very friendly and knowledgeable about my needs. I took my time and was not made to feel rushed. In the end I got a nice upgrade on my eyeglasses that should take care of me for at least 5-6 years. I'm extremely satisfied. Katie was the associate who took care of me. She was so very helpful and patient with me. Thank you Katie!
Warby Parker made it right! i got my new glasses a bit ago but started wearing them more and more, i loved them and i like to see! For some reason they made my eyes HOT- i called the main number and they asked me to go to the nearest store. I did and after a bit of questions, she asked me if I'm allergic to nickle ? Yes i am! who knew- she did! The staff is amazing ad my family loves all the options and its not cheap but GOODNESS they are amazing.
