Second time coming here. First was meh. This time? Virtual doctor. OK, fine. Was trying to be cost conscious - picked out two frames from the cheapest rack, because hey, they're just frames. $581.97 later...now, granted, they're progressive lenses. They're charging me $200 per lens, a $25 protection plan for each pair, and $79.95 for each frame. Then all the discounts and insurance. Far cry from $89 for two pairs plus eye exam. OK, fine. I get a text Tuesday evening at 7:06pm. The hours for this location are (checks website and text message) Mon-Tues 9-7, Thu-Fri 9-7, Sat 9-6. So I have to wait until at least today, Thursday, to get them because the store is closed Wednesdays and Sundays. I leave work at 4:30. Get there at 5:09pm. I've ordered dinner to pick up on my way home because the plaza has horrid reception, and no wifi. Door is locked. No note on the door. Hours are posted. Same as on the website and the text message. Lights are off. I go back to my car, decide to call to see if there's a message that there was an issue or an emergency or something. Someone actually picks up, mumbles a greeting, and I ask if they're not open? She mumbles something else, says the doctor is going to come back around 5:45 or 6. I can come back then or simply come in tomorrow. I say I just want to pick up my glasses as I have a full day tomorrow. She says, no doctor. But she can call me back when she gets there. I figure I'll go pick up my scheduled dinner, maybe loop back around. Just as I got home, I get the call that my glasses are ready. Because I already overpaid for them, I'm going to pick them up tomorrow. But never again. Trust me when I promise you that I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever again.

My appointment was scheduled for 5, but I wasn't seen until 5:45. On top of that, after I asked about dailies, they wanted me to be seen again by the doctor that same day. I waited an additional 30 minutes after my original appointment before leaving. I was there for almost 2 full hours for a routine exam. Then, I asked them to ship my contacts to the Manchester location--that was about a week ago. I called today and they let me know that the contacts already arrived and if I wanted, they would ship them to Manchester. This just goes to show they weren't paying attention when placing my order. I'm dissatisfied with the service here.

Excellent service from the very beginning. The staff was kind, attentive, and always willing to guide us through the entire process. Even though Spanish is not their native language, they made a great effort to assist us in Spanish and even helped with translation during the vision exam. Carlie, a very sweet woman, was the one who guided us through this excellent experience. I live in Florida and was able to give a special gift to someone close thanks to the great service at this optical store.

Staff is so very helpful, including helping with my insurance. Stand out: Staff are incredibly nice and kind. Made me feel so much more comfortable than I have anywhere else. The best!!

I was surprised with the virtual eye exam and it was quick. I did schedule for contacts too but that was canceled because the doctor was not in. Scheduled another appointment for that but waited almost 2 hours. What’s the point of an appointment? With the technology for the regular eye exam, that could’ve been virtual also.
