I had needed an annual eye exam and I had seen that Warby Parker offered everything. I decided to book my appointment there and when I got there was was greeted with a smile. I was attended immediately since I had booked my appointment online and I went to see the doctor (Dr. Roberts). She was awesome and so friendly and I felt so comfortable. She was very detailed and explained everything to me and made me feel if I had any questions I was able to ask her without feeling uncomfortable. She was so personable and funny. Love the experience with her. The girl who had helped me at the end with my glasses (which I forget her name) she was so great and I had so many questions and she was very knowledgeable and explained my options. I loved my experience there and I would definitely recommend anyone to go there for the exam and also to buy glasses at this location. I will be coming back and I will be recommending this location.

I highly recommend this store! The frame selection is excellent, and the pricing is very reasonable. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff was extremely patient and took the time to help me navigate and file my insurance claim. I’ll definitely be returning!

I had a great eye and contact lens exam experience with Warby Parker in Westfield as a first time contact lens user! I strugggledddd to get them in and out, but the entire staff was so kind, patient, encouraging and helpful about it. You can tell they must love their jobs! Will keep coming back to this location.
