After I read a review From Daniel, I can't help but saying that his comment is way out of proportion . I have been Doctor Martin's patient for over 25 years and I can tell that he is not only the best surgeon but also a better person. He takes the time to listen to his patients. explain in detail the procedures and follow up closely . I know that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but saying in a not respectful way that Doctor Martin collects all the money from insurances ,is wrong .This person has no idea of how insurances work and how little they pay . I HAVE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW HAPPY I AM TO HAVE FOUND DOCTOR MARTIN , I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my eyes. Last but not least, if the office can't accommodate appointments sooner than 4 months, that should say something about how good is this doctor, but I can guarantee that if it was an emergency, they will take you immediately. I am a witness of that. Nothing else needs to be said.

The worst service ever, to get an appointment you need to wait 4 months!!!! A lazy operator will kind of help you but looks like she does not want to help at all. Martin will collect all the money they deed from your insurance but won’t treat you as a patient but as money means. 4 months to get an appointment? This is ridiculous!

Dr. Martin is a top notch surgeon who helped me regain my sight. I can see clearly now! I no longer live in SoCal but fly from my New Mexico to get my eyes examined a couple times a year with Dr. Martin. Some staff members may be curt, irritated and not polite but I'm not there for them. I'm there for the best eye specialist on the West Coast who goes out of his way to ensure my vision is preserved.

First timer, referred to by my family doctor, I've to wait for eleven minutes on the phone to be told my appointment will be three months later, the receptionist who answered the phone was cold & seemed in a hurry with no courtesy whatsoever. Of course i rejected the offer. It is very simple not to accept patients more than four weeks in advance

I had never had any problem with Dr Martin is the staff that I have problems with, they canceled your appointment the same day sometimes 30 minutes before your appointment, I live an hour away and I’m already halfway there when they call me to cancel it, I call to reschedule my appointment and they keep me on the phone and then they tell me to leave a message and they will call me back which they never do. I’ve been waiting for three weeks to make an appointment. I hate to drive all the way there. I am 80 years old and it’s not easy for me to drive all the way there! My original appointment was for June 2025 they canceled and gave me a new one for January 8th and it was canceled again, now three weeks later and no appointment.
