I am not from Michigan. I moved here in April and the doc I chose happened to only deliver babies here. I would hear unfavorable things about this hospital and it made me nervous to deliver my baby here. My Doc, Dr.Yancy, reassured me that Labor and Delivery operates differently and that her Nurses are amazing. I can say after delivering my baby this past weekend I can say that it is unfortunate that there is a blanket distrust over the whole hospital. My experience in L&D was amazing. Every single nurse I encountered from sign in to discharge was amazing!!!!!!!! This was my first baby and I had a little scary moment but the Docs and nurses did such an amazing job delivering my baby and taking care of me and her. And to add a cherry on top they are all black nurses. Amazing job ladies!!!! Thank you Docs!!!!

My daughter's experience with cathlab was very good. Staff of course was friendly and helpful. Rescheduling was not a problem. Her Doctor was extremely informative about her condition. The only suggestions that I will have is: 1) please identify your phone numbers as Sinai-grace when calling patient. 2) leave a complete message on answering machine. 3) Make sure registration has procedure orders.

My daughter is currently in Sinai Grace hospital. I really appreciate them my daughter have been sick and nobody could figure out what was causing her infection the doctors at Grace went that extra mile now she's on her healing journey. And believe it or not I didn't want her there because of the bad reputation. I will tell anyone judge off your own personal experience.

I want to sincerely thank the amazing cath lab staff at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital for the exceptional care they gave my mom during her angiogram. Shelley, Troy, Jon, and Donna were all so kind, attentive, compassionate, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They made her feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. A special thank you as well to Dr. Luqman for his professionalism and excellent care. We truly appreciated how well everyone communicated with us and how genuinely supportive the entire team was. We are so grateful for the wonderful care my mom received. Thank you all for going above and beyond.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone that has to stay overnight. I will credit the emergency staff because they gave me hope when we were getting admitted they were polite , understanding and listened to our concerns and did everything we asked them to do for my father. Once getting admitted the service went down hill from there the nurse Omar on the 5th floor west wing was horrible to my father and to our family. He does not have an ounce of compassion, patience or understanding in his bones. If you try and talk or ask a question he is very short and rude. And not really concerned at all. My dad was in discomfort for hours his bed was stuck in a downright position and the bed would not move. he yelled and yelled and yelled for help and he did not help him . Until I walked in and asked for help. He was still rude and cold towards me .i don’t not like or appreciate the coldness especially in the situation that im in worrying and stressing about my father. He’s not only upset me but he has upset my father the entire visit. He’s been admitted for 5 days.
