Made my kid who NEEDS an appointment wait 5 months for a referral and then call 2 weeks prior to appointment and canceled but offered to reschedule for NOVEMBER. Horrible!

They're willing to take you as a patient now if you have the right insurance if not you have to wait months seems illegal to me.
