Whoever answers the phone… really rude and lacks phone etiquette. I’ve called twice in the last month and both times they have been rude. For example I called to confirm dates for our upcoming appointments and shortly after the lady listened to me and gave me attitude by saying, “ well I’m going to need your names???” I made sure to tell her, well “well, obviously ma’am you just didn’t ask me for them” Usually front desks people will ask for requirements or have an intro. Maybe a few practice scenarios might help front desk how to be respectful to people. Oh and I have never been here before and I’m already not looking forward to trying out this clinic. We usually go to Ohio valley vision and they are always awesome. We switched because we have different insurances now so there’s that.
