Complete waste of time. They don't care about patients in need of correct medical treatment. For people who read reviews and are looking for a caring proper treatment facility do not go here. They bill on medical insurance instead of properly truly caring and taking care of you. Please trust in reviews we right them for a reason. LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE!
Absolutely a waste of time n ur insurance. They don't care about their patients. The doctor was notified a patient problems at the hospital but can care less. Also this place couldn't diagnose the patient acute kidney failure n sent the patient home sick. All they do is prescribe u a load of meds making a circle between them n the pharmacy to collect funds.
The clinic staff are very nice. They help me follow up on my health and is very helpful even when I see they are very busy and packed. Also place is very clean and has a very friendly vibe.
Worse service ever! The front desk hardly speaks English so they don’t know what you are saying. I was seen about 3 days ago and the doctor didn’t give me the right medicine because I am still sick. I need an antibiotic not mucusx. When I called to ask to speak to the doctor they told me I have to call my insurance to change the PCP, when it’s clearly their office. When I came in I saw a nurse not even a doctor. This office is ridiculous. Don’t even waste your time!
This place is a waste of time, my money and insurance money! Went to see Dr. Kelly Tsang, waited for half an hour, they took my copay immediately for the Dr to tell me she couldn't do anything but prescribe a medication that I told her several times has not worked for me and that was the reason I went to see a doctor. This clinic is one of those places that hires these young new doctors that can prescribe you the basic medications you can just get over the counter such as cold and flu. Anything more advanced, they have no knowledge of. I would avoid this place if you really need advice from a medical expert because this is not a place you will find it.
