The staff is wonderful. They are prompt at answering texts whether I have a question or I'm scheduling appointments. The doctors are really nice and involve my kids during their appointments which makes it enjoyable for them to go. They answer all our questions and explain everything thoroughly. The only thing we've seem to have an issue with is my oldest not finding frames she really likes from their selection she usually just picks something to pick it. Honestly not their fault she's a teenager.

The staff is super nice and explain everything thoroughly. They are passionate about their business and want to fix anything that is wrong with your prescription immediately, I have never experienced a business care so much. This is a wonderful place to go for your glasses, im glad I did.

This is the first time I actually liked going to an “appointment”, best time ever trying on glasses and everyone is so amazing! I highly recommend!

From the time I called for an appointment till the time I picked up my glasses...I was thrilled with the service. I had an issue with my first pair of glasses but they order them for me a second time and they are now perfect. Thank you for understanding that I had an issue.. Thank you for making me feel relaxed and like I've been there forever. I would recommend this office for everyone.
