Dr. Isabel Carvajal was absolutely amazing! She was kind, patient, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and truly showed that she cares about her patients. The office experience was smooth and professional, and I left feeling very well taken care of. I highly recommend West Broward Eyecare Associates to anyone looking for excellent eye doctors!

Everyone was fantastic, from the receptionist to the tech, Dr and all the way to the end when picking put glasses. My daughter is 4 and didnt want to do anything and they were very patient and got her through the exam. My son is 6 with dyslexia we went because he issues seeing far. They working with him and made it easy for him. As far as getting glasses they dont have the ones he wanted in his size but the lady there was super nice and doing everything in her power to make him happy and enjoy his first pair of glasses. All around fantastic

This place is a godsend! My vision started to deteriorate a few years ago and no one could explain why. I came across this office 2 years ago and was diagnosed with Keratoconus and it’s been amazing ever since. Last year I had a serious health scare where a blood clot was in my brain and caused me lose sight and Dr Rasehki was swift in getting me diagnosed and fast tracked through the ER. She was even kind enough to call to ensure a neurologist was on site! I love this office and everyone that works here.

I Love Dr. Dusk and will continue to follow her when we she goes. The Nice woman at the front with the pink Gucci glasses was phenomenal. However I noticed that she was the only person that greeted the customers as they entered. I think it would be nice if everyone spoke if they are in the front when customers come in. Just my suggestion. Other than that everyone was pretty considerate.

I’ve been coming to this office for several years now and I must say, customer service and patient care is always consistent. Minimal wait time, however, patient care never seems rushed! Unmatched customer service from front desk to the amazing optometrists. Special thank you to Dr. Rhue for throughly addressing all of my questions and concerns.
