The entire staff at Acuity have always been professional and friendly. The medical staff have been nice and patient with my elderly Mother for years. Dr. Katzman was the reason that my Mom loved coming to her visits. He listened and took great care of her before and after her eye surgery. He is one of a kind.

If I could give zero stars to this place, I would. They made a mistake on my billing code in March of last year, which caused my insurance company to deny the claim. I've talked to their billing department over a dozen times already. Every time I call, they assure me that everything will be taken care of. However, I keep receiving electronic and paper statements, saying that I still owe the balance! The front desk staff seems to be completely incompetent if they can't even find the right billing code. Absolutely horrible experience!

Dr. Tonnu is absolutely fantastic. She is the only reason I continued to go to this office for years. While the staff are very kind, I'm convinced they do not communicate with each other or keep records updated. My old mailing address or insurance information would be kept on file after I corrected it. I REPEATEDLY had issues with ordering my contacts. Once, my home delivery was delayed by a week, and I had run out of contacts. Another time, I had been sent the wrong quantity of contacts. The most recent experience I had with them is what convinced me to finally stop going to this office. I called the main office number (which was a long shot because they almost never pick up the phone), and asked if I was eligible to order more contacts. The woman on the phone said I was eligible starting November 1. They told me since I was using the same prescription, I didn't need to have any exams done. So I went to the office, and of course, the staff had different information for me. They said I needed to have both a contact exam and glasses exam done in order to order more contacts. I told the staff what the woman on the phone told me, and they informed me that it was incorrect information. I later found out from a staff member that their main office number goes to a call center, and that the customer service agents there are "poorly trained". I literally cried in front of the contact/glasses staff the last time I was there because I was so sick of them constantly messing up. This office is incredibly inefficient, confusing, and unreliable.

I highly recommend Acuity Eye Group for anyone seeking top-notch eye care and a compassionate, detail-oriented approach to vision health.

The doctors are excellent. I especially liked Dr. Patel. I was very pleased with the whole experience. All the employees were friendly and helpful. I also didn't have to wait very long. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Patel!
