This was our first visit to West Hills Optometry and we were very impressed. Dr. Niktabe was knowledgeable and efficient. We were surprised how many tests and how much information we received in less than an hour without feeling rushed. The rooms were clean and his assistant was helpful and accommodating. Am recommending this office to friends.
I highly recommend Dr. Niktabe. He did an excellent job and very thorough review of my prescription so that I could adjust for my prism lenses. He was very kind and gentle and explained everything. I have been going to my doctors for over 50 years and he is one of the best I have seen. The reception area is very welcoming and the assistance are very helpful. I even got in on the same day when I called for an appointment, highly highly recommend.
Dr.Ashkan, was wonderful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly and patiently. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how much time they spent making sure I understood my eye condition and treatment options, and I highly recommend them. Thank you for the excellent care!
Wow this clinic is truly amazing, Dr. Goldenberg was so genuinely caring, took her time with me, and has an absolutely beautiful soul. She actually took the time to speak to me about my health and even though it was my first time seeing her, I could feel that she really cared, which felt like a warm hug.
