West Loop Eye Care, now part of MyEyeDr.

The entire experience at MyEyeDr. in the West Loop was truly outstanding from start to finish. Dr. Shah provided exceptional eye care with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Pauline and Kevin were equally excellent, making the visit smooth, welcoming, and efficient. Every part of the patient experience stood out, from scheduling and check-in to the pre-exam testing, doctor visit, eyewear consultation, and explanation of benefits. The team was courteous, organized, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing great care. I left feeling confident, well cared for, and very impressed by the level of service. I highly recommend Dr. Shah, Pauline, Kevin, and the entire West Loop MyEyeDr. team, and I plan to continue my eye care with them.

I’ve been coming to West Loop Eye Care for about five years. The staff has always been incredibly wonderful. They take the time to listen to my concerns and they offer wonderful solutions. Everyone from the receptionist, the eye wear consultants and the doctors are kind and caring. This is a wonderful place for all your eye care needs.

I dropped by looking for glasses and the team was able to squeeze in a last minute eye exam with Dr. Shah, who was very knowledgeable and thorough. Kevin and Brenda helped me find the perfect glasses and prescription sunglasses, and even helped me navigate my insurance coverage. The team was also very responsive when I called with follow up questions. I’d highly recommend this friendly store to anyone!

I got my eye test done at Vision Boutique around the corner and ordered glasses at West Loop Eye Care. They’re both owned by the same company, my Eye Dr. I found a style I liked and placed an order for glasses maybe a week after my exam and was told they usually come in about 2 weeks. I heard nothing for 2 weeks and called back on april 30th. Much to my surprise there was a problem with the warehouse or something and I was told they’ll arrive on May 13th. Great! May 13th comes and I call again about where my glasses are.. another issue with the warehouse. I was then told they’ll be in the following week. Ok great. Today is Wednesday and I finally got my glasses. Aside from this annoyance they were really helpful. Especially the guy who actually helped me find the style and place my order. Other than that though I’d probably say just go in to find the style you like, take a picture of it and grab it online or something and forgo the run around.

Kevin helped me with an eyeglass repair and was absolutely fantastic. He made me feel welcome upon walking in, was patient and calm in understanding what needed to be fixed, and was highly professional in conducting the repair, including calling me the next day to let me know it was ready. Would highly recommend this location and requesting Kevin to receive the best eye care customer experience I've received in Chicago to-date!
