I had an excellent experience with Dr. Suarez at West Orange Family Eyecare. Dr. Suarez was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain every part of my eye exam and answer all of my questions. The staff (especially Ms. Barnes) was welcoming, friendly, and made the entire visit smooth from check in to check out. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated the personalized care and attention to detail. If you're looking for an eye doctor who genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend Dr. Suarez and the team at West Orange Family Eyecare.

Charmaine was a blessing to speak to. As your business does not accept my insurance, she quickly put in the extra effort to refer me to an establishment that does. I’m sure she’s an angel to your patients. Great service.

My previous experiences had not been the best due to their old assistant but a more recent addition to their team, Dr. Suarez, has made all the difference. He was absolutely fantastic, extremely patient, and incredibly informative. Every aspect of my appointment was clearly explained; what the prescription changes meant, what the testing was looking for, what unusual values would look like and what they may be signs of, things I should look out for, etc. Any question had a clear, concise answer that didn’t rely on any medical background to understand. Night and day difference between this most recent visit and the previous ones.

This review is not for the doctor but for the glasses. If I can give them a zero stars I would. The lady that supposed to help you with the glasses is incompetent. She never left her chair besides to charge my card. I requested a new frame (not the one everyone is trying on) she said it will take few weeks. My glasses were ready in 5 days. When I went back to pick them up my vision was not very clear, the lenses felt clouded , so she said she will sent them back. The third time I was there she looked as she was enjoyed and had an attitude also. The doctor is good but I will NEVER get the glasses there again.
