Terrific customer service and patient care. The Doctors and staff genuinely take care to ensure all questions are answered thoroughly. The office carries a great selection of frames and turnaround time is excellent. I recommend West Ottawa Eye Care to anyone looking for a new eye care provider.
I recently made a post regarding pricing transparency that I have since deleted. My entent was not to make Dr Totten look bad in any way. I was just truly unhappy with the billing, and with what was quoted. I want to totally apologize to Dr Totten for how I handled this matter. To let "EVERYONE" know Dr. Totten has completely rectified this matter in a way that is truly above and beyond. Dr. Totten truly cares about her patients. I will continue to use her services, because she's my #1 up and coming 👀 eye Doc!

Where do I begin. This place is amazing, stupendous, awesome!!!! They treat each and every person with kindness and respect. I always feel good when I am there and they are so kind and professional too. They are also the only eye care place in Holland Michigan that takes just about every medical insurance there is,... including Medicaid and Medicare. Trust me,you won't be disappointed with West Ottawa eye care.
