Brandi was amazing! She made our experience painless. I was nervous about getting glasses and it was strange seeing my face with glasses on. I was able to try on as many pairs as I wanted to make sure I choose the right ones. They had a wide selection to choose from and the price was fair. I highly recommend this Pearl Vision. Over all I'm happy with the staff here, but for the love of God. I confirmed my appointment no less than five times, and I ignored the six and I end up getting a call to confirm my appointment from the staff. What was the point of texting me the other five times? It's borderline freaking spam! Oh and your online submission form apparently hates Firefox, it'd be great if you could fix that.

Office staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Gills was excellent and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Are my glasses completed and physically in transit, or is there a problem with the order? My appointment was 4/20. On 5/18 I was told the lab would overnight ship my glasses to this location on 5/20 . They'd arrive 5/21-5/22. I called 2x this week both times being told the manager would call me back. Its 8pm friday the 29th. I received zero calls this week. Manager promised $100 credit . This really isnt worth the hassle . I leave for vacation and I would like to have my sunglasses . Im not understanding where the lack of communication is comming from. In addition to my insurance I paid $834 for glasses and prescription sunglasses. Its been 6 weeks . Im going to the beach id like to be able to sit outside without being blind. Id like to drive my vehicle without the sun in my eyes . Can I please get call / resolution/ communication.
