West Seattle Vision is the best! They have the latest technology, friendly and professional staff, and a stylish assortment of frames. Being an RN I hold high standards of health care. Their optometrists are excellent and I trust my eyes to them.
I was so impressed with Julia Tran and her team during my recent visit. Dr Tran took the time to discuss my issues and gave her opinions in a clear and thoughtful presentation which was greatly appreciated.
Top notch across the board whether it is the front desk staff, assistants, doctors, or opticians. They keep the place humming on time with cheer, humor, and professionalism while providing excellent care. They explain eye health and correction options clearly and thoroughly. The store front has an excellent selection of frames to choose from for various style preferences and face shapes and the opticians expertly guide you through picking something you’ll love. West Seattle Vision is wonderful!
My most recent visit I came in for L. Eye pain. Dr. Hoang and staff were able to get me in quickly. My appointment was quick and efficient. I was in and out in less than half an hour. I had a prescription sent over to my pharmacy for a smooth process. Thank you Dr. Hoang for your educational visit, listening to my concerns and easing my worries.
My family and I have been patients of WSV for a few years. I have found the front desk staff and the exams to be excellent and very caring people. My problem is with the female owner who when I called about a bill I had a simple question about said, “The charge is your problem.” Wow, amazingly rude and totally devoid of having any customer relations etiquette! I have excellent insurance, but for some reason she would only see the Medicare option. They had been billing and had been paid by Regence / Blue Cross/Blue Shied since the first visit. I went in and paid the charge in cash and sent in the charges to Regence myself and they paid immediately. Keep that woman behind closed doors or you will be out of business soon. We have all left and I am so happy I don’t have to deal with her ever again. BTW, this is the first time I have EVER left a negative review for any business or individual.
