I went to this optometrist in November of last year and while the office visit was fast and the staff were courteous, the whole experience after that was the worst I have ever seen. They do not communicate and I had to repeatedly follow up to ask about my progressive glasses. Finally when I got them in January, they had screwed up on the measurements. That took them a while to fix and even then everything was blurry. When I went and complained, they retested me but will not show me the results but insisted everything was the same as previous assessment, yet everything was still blurry for me when I wore those glasses. The doctor even told me to switch between my older progessive while driving and playing tennis and switch to the new glasses for just reading. If I wanted to keep switching glasses why would I want to get the progressive glasses??? Will never go here as they do not have a clue of what they are doing. Plus they wasted my insurance coverage that only covers 1 glasses every 2 years!! I am beyond irritated!
