Always a professional friendly accommodating environment! Large selection of frames and Leslee Smith know the inventory well and makes it fun finding the right frame for me. She’s a pleasure to work with. Dr Deemers examination was thorough and she explained every thing to me as we went along. I enjoyed her upbeat manner which made me feel comfortable, and I felt confident in her assessments. I highly recommend Westbrook. I am certain you will have a most satisfying experience.

I had to update my prescription for my eyes and found Westbrook online. I am very happy with their service, I also bought a beautiful pair of glasses too. They make you feel very comfortable and the staff are awesome. Will be coming back yearly for my exams. It’s a great local business:)

When I entered, staff member Cindy greeted me very friendly and made me feel welcome, she processed my intake quickly and smoothly. Dr Hum was excellent, very knowledgeable and professional. She listened to and addressed my concerns. I could not be more pleased to offer my gratitude for her service with this 5☆. I look forward to many years of great service with Dr Hum. Had a really great experience here. Jasmine at the front desk was super welcoming and made everything easy from the moment I walked in. She was kind, helpful, and had a great attitude the whole time. Dr. Hum was great as well. Very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. She was professional and made the whole visit comfortable. Overall just a really solid experience. Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and is the only optometrist I have found in the Valley who understands and knows how to treat my eye condition. The staff here are friendly and a pleasure to deal with. So happy I found Westbrook Vision Center! Highly recommended!
