Amazing service! I’m very pleased with how they squeezed me in and helped me get my contacts sorted out. They recommended monthly contact lenses that fit my busy lifestyle perfectly. With my schedule, it’s hard to remember to take my contacts out every day, so they suggested lenses I can wear for up to 30 days. I just need to take them out about once a week to clean them, which is so much more convenient for me. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to find the best option for my needs. I highly recommend them!
This review is the culmination of three years of frustrating experiences, miscommunication, and poor customer service. Three years ago, I had my first appointment. The exam itself went well, but when I received my glasses, the lenses were extremely thick—despite specifically requesting thin lenses. Nothing was done to correct the issue. The following year, I decided not to have them make my glasses again, but I returned for an eye exam because the doctor seemed competent. At that point, I realized they don’t perform eye exams and contact lens fittings in the same appointment. I had assumed the previous year was different because it was my first visit, so I’ll take some responsibility for that misunderstanding. This year, I specifically called ahead to schedule both an eye exam and a contact lens appointment at the same time to avoid any confusion. However, when I arrived today and asked to confirm both, I was told that only an eye exam had been scheduled. After three years of issues—ranging from incorrect orders to ongoing miscommunication—I can’t recommend this office. The lack of attention to detail and follow-through has made what should be a simple process unnecessarily frustrating.
I was seen right on time and Dr. Chin was so knowledgeable and kind. I came in for an emergency and he immediately knew what was wrong and set me at ease about the treatment plan. The staff was also very professional and warm.
Over all it was excellent. I did not have to wait long. The doctor over all was very nice and professional. The medical assistant was very polite pleasant.
