10/10 experience from beginning to end. Filled out the form on their website to request an appointment, and I recieved a call to set that up the very next day. Super friendly and efficient, from the initial phone call to in the office. Very easy to fill out all relevant medical information via ipad, and the exam itself was pleasant and informative. I felt very taken care of! My only other experience with an eye exam was many many years ago at a big box store, lol, and this was absolutely a warmer, more thorough and informative experience. One more reason why the Westside is the Bestside

I have nothing but positive things to say! NaQuetta has a fantastic business and she guided me every step of the way. Helped me pick out a wonderful set of glasses, and broke down every single price without me even asking! Dr. Bowen is also fantastic and had a wonderful experience. Thank you all so much!
