Always a pleasure visiting Whetstone Eye Care. Convenient location, easy parking, clean comfortable office, friendly staff, state-of-the-art equipment. Dr. Whetstone is terrific--takes his time to provide a complete exam, answers all my questions, makes me feel at ease and has a great personality. I like how they save me time by taking care of ordering my Rx and having it delivered to my home.
My husband and I love how fast and easy Dr. Whetstone is able to accurately prescribe our vision because of the cool diagnostic machines he has. (Without those, it was myself alone trying to figure out which lense was less blurry and it was tough because of my astigmatism.) It is always a pleasure to be there. Every staff member is friendly and courteous and Dr. Whetstone answers every question as if you’re the only patient he has. Highly recommend and hope he’s here in Naples for as long as I am!!
Dr. Whetstone provided a wonderful experience. He was very friendly, respectful, and never rushed the appointment. He carefully walked me through each part of the exam and made sure I understood everything. I really value doctors who pay close attention to details, and he did an outstanding job explaining things step by step. He clearly has a lot of expertise and uses very advanced, modern equipment, which made the evaluation feel very precise and thorough. The office was clean, well-organized, and very welcoming. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Whetstone to anyone looking for thoughtful and high-quality eye care
Dr. Whetstone is an excellent doctor, but the front desk can use a complete reset and get new front service staff. Common courtesy does not go far with them. My daughter and I were not treated well like everyone else that came in after us. And from observing I see why. I know this review won’t be acknowledged and that’s perfectly fine because it was our last visit.
Dr. Whetstone and his staff are amazing. I was able to get a new patient appointment quickly and he listened to my concerns and spent time with me before making his assessment. Down to earth and made things easy!
