This is my second time seeing Dr. Rubarz. Both times she has impressed me in how she goes about her examination with me. She thoroughly examines the eye, explaining things to me along the way, so I can understand; she answers my questions, if I have any, to my satisfaction; is not afraid to refer to a a specialist if she thinks there be a meed; and does an excellent job following up on work/referrals. She always has a cheery outlook and presents herself as a very gracious professional. She is easy to work with and is not afraid to help those working toward a degree in optometry or ophthalmology, as well as her patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Rybarz to anyone looking for an eye doctor. If she can’t help you (which I highly doubt), she will direct you to someone who can. I am extremely happy with her as my eye doctor.

Dropping in for an adjustment to my eyeglasses Lydia was kind and quick to assist despite my not having an appointment. She also advised that I wear the new lenses to acclimate to them and that has resulted in an improvement. Also met her colleague Skye while there who likewise was pleasant and accommodating. Looking forward to our continued affiliation either in Whitehall &/or their Muskegon location [MKG Vision] !

Dr. Gunderson retired And now this place has all different people and I wanted to stay, but for the first time I had to pay three times as much as I normally had for my exam. I asked them why and they said they had a new test to do that they felt was very important…well ,why didn’t anybody let me know before they gave it to me ??Maybe I didn’t want it.?? I ended up having to pay $89 when I was normally charged 30 with co-pay. A very different feel here now, so I made the change to another Eye Doctor in NM. It just didn’t have that family feel like it used to.

First time visiting White Lake Vision and I was really pleased with the experience. A great staff who explained everything and answered all of my questions. A great location and nice office space.

Helped get a pice of metal out of my eye without insurance for $200 that was reasonable but when you attempted to charge me the same price for a follow up to check when it was said it was covered by the first payment I don’t think so
