Whole Picture Health and Vision

I've been charged at $50 cancelation fee that Inever agreed to. Every other medical facility that I have been to takes sickness into consideration especially when I call more than 24 hours in advance. I am being changed for canceling appointment 5 days in advance to my appointment because my hip collapsed and I'm using a walker. The office facility is not handicapped accessible. The office facility also has a mold problem which is part of what caused my vision issues according to Dr. Wallace and Dr. Bloom. Oddly enough, Dr. bloom told me at my last evaluation. The problem I have with that is I can see that my peripheral vision has gotten worse according to the test D. Bloom gave. She also told me that i now need [prescription readers which is a worse and definitely an improvement. After over a year of the same complaint I was given an eye wash that has been great. Apparently, I needed to suffer some before my symptoms were addressed. Dr. Bloom has 2.3 stars on HealthGrades. That is pretty bad.

I’m a relatively new client and really like all of the staff. My doctor Alana is knowledgeable and friendly and takes time to answer my questions and explain how to optimize my eye health. The optometrist Eva was extremely helpful, adjusting my glasses on the spot and providing information about future options.

I was impressed with my entire experience. The staff was personable, thorough, and professional. Dr. Bloom was incredible. She answered all of questions and gave me hope I will have improvement, and I needed to hear that. Thank you kindly to everyone at Whole Picture.

Another very positive experience at Whole Picture Health and Vision. Reception upon entering the office was welcoming and kind. My appointment with Eva went smoothly. I decided to keep my present lenses as an extra pair and get another frame for the new lenses. Eva had to order the frames and I just have to wait for them to come in for the lenses to be installed. All went well and I am feeling positive about the decision to have an extra pair “just in case” I should need them.

I cannot even begin to express the depth of my gratitude to Dr. Curran. Her professionalism and her willingness to hear and acknowledge my eye issues are what lead her to conduct and recommend further tests. Due to her skills at observation and knowledge, I was made aware of something that I might not have known about until it was as too late. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable professional in this field. Thank you. 🙏
