First of all, the office on Douglas has one of the best receptionists ever! Second, I am always treated with respect and the staff is very efficient. Last, service and product pricing seems fair and competitive, and I learned today that there is a strong thread of spirituality among staff.

Dr. Yarrow and his staff are amazing. Always puts the patient needs first. Explaining everything in detail. Very thorough from going over your insurance to getting your next appointment scheduled.

I have been a patient of Dr.Yarrow for quite a few years. He's a wonderful doctor. Wise, kind, compassionate, personable,0 and skilled. Though it's a busy office, I always feel the doctor and his staff give great, personal care. I'm thankful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Yarrow to anyone looking for a great optometrist!

I have been going to this office for many years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and I love the doctors there especially doctor Blasi. I go to the office on Amidon. They have several locations though. They care about my eye care cost, and always check my insurance and give me the best deal.

He was my first optometrist and is so friendly and caring he became like family! When he specialized in dry eye care I became the patient of Dr. Nguyen. Absolutely love Dr. Nguyen!! Very kind, friendly, and caring. I feel she really cares about me and my ability to see to the greatest extent I am able! Dr. Nguyen as well has become like family. At the Douglas street office, when you first walk in the door you are greeted with a welcome and a smile! Front desk receptionist is excellent at his job! His service and his kindness is off the charts! You are also able to choose your next pair of glasses in house! Selection is always bountiful! I have never been disappointed in over 20 years! All glasses can come with a 2yr warranty. No pressure to buy at all!! Just friendly, expert advice, knowledge, and service given. Any problems are handled quickly and efficiently! Their text communication is the best! Wichita Optometry even has their own line of glasses to have an affordable option for those who do not have insurance or whose insurance doesn’t pay much! They really have it all!! And their “ALL” is wrapped in excellence!!
