I love this place! Everyone that works here is so pleasant, friendly and sociable. The Receptionist greeted me with a smile and made sure everything they needed from me was available to them. Next I saw the Doctors assistant (not sure of her exact title) who did all of the preliminary tests before seeing the Doctor. She was so nice and laughed at all of my corny jokes. She also did the Optomap Retinal Imaging which may be an extra charge for some people depending on insurance coverage, but even without insurance the most it will cost is I think $45 and I think I ended up paying $39 out of pocket for this imaging, I honestly don’t understand why anyone would not have this imaging done, it’s painless and is a very valuable tool your doctors use to evaluate your eye health, the cost is peanuts for the value it provides. I see Dr. Sadanowicz, she is very efficient and thorough and takes her time answering any questions I had as well as explaining different aspects of your eye health and care. She is the only person I trust my eyes to. Lastly I sat with a very pleasant young woman to discuss and go over pricing for new lenses and frames. She explained all of the available options and gave me pricing on each including what my insurance would cover, and NEVER tried to pressure me into buying anything I didn’t want or need or upsell anything, which I appreciated. Overall an excellent experience here and I would recommend to anyone. And lastly, get the Optomap Imaging done, the images are incredible, and your Doctor can tell so much from them. And no….I don’t get any commission for telling you to get the imaging done lol

I needed a new eye dr in a hurry as they moved out of state, and asked the most fussy person I know who she used. You came highly recommended. Boy was she right. Friendly, helpful Kira worked on getting me registered as a new client and got me set so I stayed on schedule for my eye pressure checks. Came to my apt and met the Dr. He was kind and knowledgeable, and listened. I left feeling like I was in good hands.
They have a warm welcoming office. Everyone there is friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Nick Vezzoli is great, he makes me feel very comfortable, he answers all my questions and makes sure my vision is great.
I highly recommend the Wild Apple Hebron store for all your vision needs. The staff is courteous, attentive, and professional in answering all my questions. Two thumbs up!
Wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their patients. The optometrist was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. This practice is run by a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and it shows in every detail. Great selection of frames, with options to fit any budget. Couldn’t ask for better service!
