I love this place! I just bought two new pairs of prescription glasses here. The people are very friendly and helpful. The store is inviting and comfortable, located in the posh Shops at Somerset Square. They have a huge selection of frames. Prices are better than most other places, including the major conglomerate. They were able to make my very complex custom lenses correctly the first time. I have not had that luck elsewhere. I’m really glad I found them; they are definitely my new optical shop.

I had a wonderful experience at Harvey & Lewis Opticians in Glastonbury. The service was extremely professional, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. I purchased three pairs of glasses, and I am very happy with the quality and the help I received in choosing the right frames and lenses. Later, my husband also bought two pairs of glasses here, and he was just as satisfied. We would especially like to thank Svitlana Rokitska for her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. She made the entire process smooth and pleasant. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will gladly recommend Harvey & Lewis to our friends.

Svitlana took exceptional care to ensure I received the exact glasses I wanted and that I was more than satisfied with how they looked and fit. Nice store and a top-notch team of problem solvers. THE PROBLEM: I could not locate Serengeti RX sunglasses anywhere - tools critical to safely operating my aircraft. THE SOLUTION: Sharene researched the options, accommodated my specific requests and custom ordered them. THE RESULTS: As a pilot flying the world's largest snow-ski equipped aircraft to the most remote locations on the planet, her efforts mean my crew and aircraft will stay safe for years to come. My husband and I had a great experience with all of the staff at this office! Angela was especially helpful and friendly and assisted us with multiple pairs of glasses, which took a while. She also checked us out, set up our next appointments, and we will definitely return!!
