The Eyeglass Place of Glastonbury

I had a wonderful experience at The Eyeglass Place today! I have never had a bad experience but today was the first time that I ever had an eye exam there. Dr. Guimond was awesome. He walked me through everything he was going to do and even showed and explained the pictures that he took of the back of my eye. Once I finished with him, I went out to the front and one of the women there helped me pick out my new glasses. I was in and out in just under an hour. I will be going back for my eye exams in the future.

Helpful and kind staff! Finding a new pair of glasses is HARD, but Denise made the process extremely enjoyable. She is also very talented at fitting glasses and found many styles that flattered my face shape. I’m grateful to have a local optical shop that listens and takes its time with its customers.

Dr. Guimond is wonderful! He's very kind and down to Earth. The exam was quick and thorough. He answered all of my questions and I left feeling very confident and happy with my visit. Tara B.

Had the most seamless and educational appointment! I highly recommend especially because you have the option to do a photo instead of having your eyes dilated. The doctor was great and walked me through the whole appointment!

Issued contact lens boxes with the Left and Right swapped, a whole year supply and i didn’t realize their mistake for a while and assumed it was the updated prescription that was much stronger. last pair of glasses have a substantial fishbowl effect i was told i may “get used to”, also the glasses they had me try on were caked in dust. Also them not telling me my pupillary distance despite it being part of my medical records since it was used to order glasses which are classified as a medical device is illegal and egregious. Other states require PD to be provided either way for example.
