Wilkinson Eye Center

Have been a patient for over 30 years and sent my 12 year old in for her second visit. She didn't get Dr Wilkinson because he was so far booked out and she is having issues seeing the blackboard at school, so her appt was with Dr St Louis. Yes my daughter is very trepidatious about things going in her eye so when it came that time for the drops she started to cry. Instead of talking her down from the ledge, like the nice lady did before, they told her to come back when she was ready. Literally told my husband to bring her back in the next day. Then when I called the next day to see what we could do, told me that my husband and daughter signed off and it is what it is. Rudest customer service experience ever! So disappointed in people. Never have I ever! After sending my frustration, a long time employee of Dr. Wilkinson contacted me and took her time with explaining more regarding my daughters appt. That it was ok about missing the refraction and we can do that at a later date and pretty much saved the nasty experience from continuing. I have found new respect!

Have been a patient for over 20 years. My parents are also patients. The clarkston office is a concerning mess. I had my annual appointment in February. Dr. Dustman gave me a trial pair of contacts until my new prescription can in. Ordered glasses 600.00 with insurance (which I’m not positive was billed correctly). The gentleman in that office was brand new Just seemed very high, considering my insurance. I paid 350.00 for new prescription contacts, 160.00 for contact lenses check. Joy is yet to order my new contacts because she said there is an issue with the trail pair Dr Dustman gave me. I have left several voicemails to Joy asking her to order my contacts. She is yet to do so. Last week I said I needed my new prescription as I as leaving town. Today is 4/25, and I am still without contacts I paid for. I will not go back, sadly. I have always trusted this office with my eye care. Over 20 years. Hopefully Joy can figure out this mess. I just want my contacts I paid for, and I will Move on. I will not recommend this office to anyone

Awful experience and won't go back. Used to love the staff. Going back after several years with my daughter, I was very disappointed. Long wait times, different pricing from front desk receptionist as compared to check out. Check out women don"t have a clue. Where unresponsive and unknowledgeable. Plain rude they were. Never again.

I can't express my thanks enough to Dr. St Louis for her professionalism and thoroughness for my eye care and especially for my wife's eye care. She was thorough enough in her eye exams that she found a reason to send her to ER for (CTI and MRI) for which she needed Brain Surgery to save her sight in her right eye. I'm highly recommending Wilkinson Eye Center especially Dr. St Louis.

I saw Dr. St. Louis at Clarkston ofc. Dr was thorough, knowledgeable, informative & friendly. I get stressed going for eye exam looking at all the different lenses. It was a good visit with no stress. She was on target with my correction. The staff was excellent with their knowledge & friendliness. Tom in the Optical Center was very helpful. Kudos to a great eye center & visit.
