What gracious, caring people! Dr. Wood is my new Eye Guy!! I was quite late but they made it work - no shame! lol Blessed by his knowledgeable, calming manner, exuding confidence while being present with the patient. He and his staff were on point through rapid diagnosis with solution(s)! It just doesn’t get any better.

Great experience! Friendly and professional and quite efficient! But my visit did not feel rushed at all. I was impressed with the technology they have for examination. Especially the one that deals with whether or not your eyes actually need to be dilated. Mine didn't! YAY!!! If you're looking for a place to get an eye exam, you can't go wrong here!

My daughter and I both needed our annual eye exams so this was our first time at Natural State Eyecare and we won’t be back. The desk staff and Dr Wood were very courteous and professional. That was not the issue. My problem is how much we had to pay out of pocket for the exams when I have insurance. I have been going to the eye doctor my entire life WITH INSURANCE and I have never had to pay so much out of pocket before. We paid $55 each JUST FOR THE EXAMS and then had to order our contact lens (another $106 for both). Then when I get home I receive ANOTHER bill for $45 for my daughter for education on her contacts. This is ridiculous and I won’t be returning. I was a previous patient at a prominent eye clinic here in Little Rock for 15 years and only ever paid a contact lens fee of $40-$50. Something is not right at this place, which is a shame because we really liked Dr Wood and staff.

Dr. Wood is very thorough. My teen was intimidated of contacts and Dr. Wood helped talk him through the process. Highly recommend!

The ladies at the front desk and Dr Ryan were both incredibly kind throughout my first visit! They were very thorough with explanation and I felt like I learned so much during my entire visit! Thank you!
