I have been using glasses for the last 28 years and durning that time there was one Optical place that stands out. The service was beyond courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Arty, who helped me pick out a pair of glasses went the extra mile to make sure I chose a pair of glasses that would accommodate my economic and physical best. When the doctor gave us the wrong prescription, Arty made sure that I could get a new pair of glasses witht he right prescription with out a charge. I would highly recommend Williston Optical

Ariel was friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire experience. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I felt comfortable, and went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful, and you can really tell that they care about their customers. Excellent service, a great atmosphere, and people who truly take pride in what they do and amazing price! A huge thank-you to Ariel for making my visit such a positive experience! The good people at Williston park optical man Arthur and Marta made my princess feel like a star With her new specs!! Thought this was going to be a task putting a toddler in glasses?!!! But they did a good job of letting her know how important it was and how much better she would feel having them on. They did all the heavy lifting and I appreciate that!

Was my 1st time here. What a great experience. Artie was so nice and helpful. He did my eye exam, then was so helpful and patient in helping me pick the right frames for my face. He wasn't rushed. For such a small space, he has such a big selection of frames. Artiee doesn't push any unnecessary expenses. I already told my husband about this optical and he already told me he wants an appt. He loves glasses so this is up his alley. Please give this business a chance. This will now be our usual optical.

I’ve been going to Williston Optical for about two years, and Artie has always been a huge help. He’s friendly, patient, and takes the time to help me find frames that fit my face well. He’s very detail-oriented, making sure my prescription lenses and frames are accurate and fit properly before I leave. It’s also nice knowing I can stop by anytime for adjustments or to have a loose screw tightened. Great customer service—I highly recommend.
