They deserve 0 stars. I came in for frames, plano lenses, and a prism sticker. They cut the prism sticker, put it on the demo lenses, and gave me the glasses. Demo lenses are not fit for use and have writing on them. They refused to refund me or admit their mistake and even said this was their standard; to give clients glasses that they cannot see through. A manager did eventually process a refund. I asked to purchase a new prism sticker and they refused, saying that they had to put it on the glasses. Then they offered me the wrongly cut prism sticker for full price, which I wouldnobviously have to place on myself. The hypocrisy was deep. They do not care about people or doing the right thing.

Run. Do not purchase glasses from them. They made the reading paortion of the bifocal too high and I could not see distance properly. I asked to get it lowered. They didn't fix the lens, but then mailed the glasses to me instead of allowing me to come into the office to pick them up. The prescription was not corrected. I paid $500 for glasses that I cannot see correctly out of. I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy. This is an expensive lesson. I am so sorry I ever went into that place.
Excellent service. I took my mom after her cataract assessment by the doctors. My mom doesn’t speak English. The sales rep was patient and recommended appropriate size fitting frames for her. Glasses came in 7-10 business days as stated. I recommend coming here and will get my glasses here.
This is the worst place to order glasses they took months to get my sons glasses and kept saying the order was still being processed then the glasses came in but they misplaced them …. Then the glasses finally arrived and gave them to another family … the manager Johanna very rude and unprofessional alongside her other employee India who threw the bag with glasses inside at me … shop at your own risk
I highly recommend. I went for an eye exam with Dr. Tempesta. She was wonderful! I dread eye exams but this doctor made it so easy for me. They adhere to COVID-19 protocol.
