I could tell they go the extra mile to make sure they get it right. The eye exam was not rushed, like I have experienced at other places, over the years. They have several Doctors and assistants, that take their time, instead of just one doctor rushing to get through as many patients as possible. Dr. Mosley was unlike any other eye Doctor I have experienced over the 10 or 12 years I have been getting glasses. I was used to being rushed through so the next customer could be rushed through the same way. That didn't happen at Wilson. Thank you 😊
Wilson Eye Center is fantastic. Dr. Mosley is very kind , extremely bright, and transparent. She is always ready for the questions. Every member of staff I have interacted with has been professional and kind. They also have a very good supply of frames, to also include sunglass frames.
Reception area was clean and organized. The receptionist called me back, I completed some forms and paperwork, and they were very punctual. The staff was very courteous and professional. They were very patient during the entire eye exam and always provide an explanation for each phase of the exam. Checkout was a breeze, and they even scheduled my next annual appointment.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Wilson Eye Center. My appointment was scheduled for a specific time, but I didn’t see the doctor until about an hour after my appointment. When she finally came in, the visit felt very rushed and lasted only about 10 minutes. After the exam, I had to wait another hour just to meet with someone about purchasing glasses. Unfortunately, that experience also felt rushed, and the focus seemed to be more on upselling options than helping me find the best pair for my needs. In total, I spent well over two hours in the office, yet only received about 20 minutes of actual face-to-face service. I understand that medical offices can run behind, but there was little communication about the delays, and I never felt like my time was valued. I hope Wilson Eye Center can improve its scheduling, communication, and customer service so future patients have a better experience than I did.
