I highly recommend Windsor Eye Care & Vision. Dr. Todd Meyers is very thorough & knowledgeable, plus he listens to his patients & is very caring. I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Meyers & am glad to have such a good optometrist nearby. I was also incredibly impressed with Jewell Apodaca who runs the optical department. I could immediately tell that she was very knowledgeable & experienced just by the way she communicated. I unfortunately had a bad experience with Lens Crafters (lesson learned & I won't do that again) and had to get a full refund because they messed up my glasses 3 times. When I originally took the Lens Crafters glasses into Dr. Meyers, I thought maybe it was a problem with the prescription he wrote, but Jewell quickly identified that the problem was actually with the lenses. She then helped guide me on how to get my VSP benefits reversed after I got the refund so I could use those for my new glasses. Jewell was highly professional & took the time to help me pick out new glasses, offering her honest opinion every step of the way which I greatly appreciated. She is a jewel (pun intended - lol!)! Thank you, Jewell & Dr. Meyers - I appreciate you both!

My experience was exceptional. The office is quiet and orderly. The staff was welcoming and check in fast and easy. The pre doctor tests were conducted in a professional and kind manner. The doctor Todd Myers was efficient and knowledgeable verifying my eyesight. I would recommend highly.

The clinical side is 4-star but retail is 1-star. Clinical side is prompt, professional, friendly and thorough. The retail side is 3x the cost of other clinics I've used, and did not get my lenses right after 3 tries due to inaccurate marking causing me to tilt my head way back for my 2 tries with progressive. The 3rd try she switched to workplace lenses so I can't see walking. Will drive further next time for a better experience.

My husband went to this eye doctor and LOVED him and the employees. When he called after his visit, he told how state of the art technology they used. I think it also helped the Dr. was from Georgia ;)

Dr. Myers’ patient first focus and wisdom helped right my contact lens prescription immediately. I’m overjoyed the way I’m able to read comfortably again. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Myers and his staff for opening my eyes to what great eye care looks like!
