Wink Eye Care

I absolutely love Wink Eye Care and Dr. Kevin Johnson. I will NOT go anywhere else ever again, regardless of my insurance. I have seen Dr. Johnson 3 times, third was yesterday. Last year however, I went where my insurance could be used and it is was a disaster and the doctor gave me the incorrect prescription strength. I saw Dr. Johnson again and he said that the contacts prescribed by the other doctor were too strong and not needed. The staff is always very nice, friendly, and helpful. The doctor is top notch!! He is honest and gives you all the information so you can decide what you want. He has always told me what he would do in my situation even since we are around the same age and have similar prescriptions. The prices he offers on contacts are lower and he even has specials going on that you can get a FREE pair of glasses or $$ off brand name prescription sunglasses if you order a year supply of contacts, that by the way, you get $$ rebates for. I highly recommend Wink Eye Care to anyone needing an eye exam for all ages. Thank you SO much to the office staff and Dr. Johnson for superb service!!

I had a fantastic experience at Wink Eye Care. Rania was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process a breeze. When I met with Doctor Johnson, they took the time to do a highly detailed exam and explained all my results in a way that was easy to understand. When it came time to pick out frames, Rania was an absolute godsend. I usually find choosing glasses overwhelming, but Rania were incredibly patient. Rania brought out several frames, listened to my style preferences, and helped me find the perfect pair that I absolutely love. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-notch eye care!

Dr. Tsagris is the best. I’ve been seeing her for years and no one compares. I got two pairs of sunglasses for such a good price at my last visit. Ronya helped myself and my fiancée with our glasses and she’s always so accommodating whenever we come in. She sold us her favorite pair of glasses and made our day.

Eye exam for myself and spouse. Photo of eyes that is not covered by insurance, not standard of care by insurance standards was required by Wink. Glasses for my spouse were over month wait. When they arrived she was experiencing vision problems with new glasses and was told to be patient it would take time to get used to them. Less than four months after receiving the glasses, my spouse was told her vision is concerning during a routine medical physical. She contacted Wink to ask for assistance and was told she would have to schedule a new exam and pay for it out of pocket. We feel there is problem with quality of exam and care after receiving glasses. The expectation we have is to provide a courtesy check of vision and glasses. - Wink Eye Care provided a follow up exam and is changing the lenses on the glasses. Very satisfied with how they are working to resolve our concern.
