We love Wink! Dr. Katie is wonderful! She was so kind and patient with our 2 boys, 8 and 6! She explained everything in a way that was easy for them to understand, which I truly appreciated. She was gentle and engaging throughout the exam which made the visit fun and positive. Highly recommend Wink to any parents looking for a caring, professional eye clinic!
Stumbled across Wink from some google results in search of a smaller clinic as compared to Pearle Vision/Americas Best etc as I felt I was “just another patient”, cannot say how happy I was with my visit! I saw Dr. Suzette Skavlem and not only was the staff efficient and on time with the visit, they do a great job answering your questions thoroughly!!! Just what I wanted!! Highly, highly recommend Dr. S and the team at Wink in Chanhassen. Nicole was very personable and helpful trying to help me look for some new frames as well. Thanks girls!!
Wink never disappoints when I visit for an annual eye exam. Dr. Katie Hansen always provides a great experience and would recommend her to anyone seeking an eye doctor.
Great experience overall. Systems and processes were very easy - online scheduling and patient portal was great, diagnostic tests were fast and on latest equipment, and glasses selection and fitting was painless. Very personable and took time to walk through all my questions. Highly recommend.
Dr Katie was very informative, and answered all my questions. She was very professional yet friendly. This was by far my most though and enjoyable eye exam. I hope that Dr Katie will be able to do all my future eye checks.
