I got the help I needed in the ER today (I’ve been having breathing problems for years with no positive results) it may have taken awhile to be seen but there were others who needed care faster than me and I understand that. At this point speaking now the wait was nothing because at least I can finally breathe a bit better than before and that’s saying a lot because I really didn’t think I could go on any longer living this way. So I have the upmost confidence in the provider that treated me today a Tiffany Yowell. She not only displayed great character but she also displayed amazing skills as a provider and she knew what she was doing and explained things to me in a manner I could easily understand. Provider Tiffany Yowell gave me the confidence I had lost in providers previously. This experience blew all the other previous experiences out of the water. I really have hope now that I can move forward living a normal life. I got answers that make sense and the motivation to make the changes I need to make!Overall if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!!

I love Winnebago hospital because they actually care about me!!!! Best Dental ,e.r. , ECT. Since I was a kid I've been going here and I feel honored to be able to say I have that capability to be able to be a patient. ❤️
The worst ER Visit I’ve ever had...I had my first visit at 7 in the morning and got out around 9am,Tana Bird gave me medication and a shot but did not indicate what medication and injection it was and no paperwork stating what was given with my “discharge paperwork”. On my way home I began having an allergic reaction while driving and had to pull over because I was having trouble breathing and throwing up the medication that was given. So I had to return to the hospital because my conditions only worsened because of it. I arrived at the hospital approximately 1:30 and had to wait about 30 minutes to be placed in a room…fast forward 4 hours later and we(my mother who came down to the ER because I began feeling really uncomfortable and I) were still waiting, I had an IV in my hand that was empty for almost an hour, and I was told that someone would be in shortly to remove it because I needed to use the restroom. I removed my IV bag from the monitor and used the restroom. After I returned to my room and sat with my empty bag for another 15 minutes when Tara bird came in to tell me they couldn’t do anything until the provider came back. Which the provider already stated that I was clear to go just I just needed my IV removed and discharge me. My mother then proceeded to ask “what medication did you give her, and what is taking so long” it was going on 5pm. She proceeded to say there was an ambulance which I got but I was the only other patient. My mother asked another time what medication she gave me but she would not tell us, and my mother stated that I was allergic to amoxicillin and penicillin(which I made Tana aware of during my first visit, which she ignored)…my mom then walked out and stated she was going to report the situation and then the Tana bird said she was going to report my mom and would continue seeing me. Then finally Rachel Bracy entered my room asked for my moms name and saying “she can’t come back into the ER” and continued to tell me that my situation was not as “Important” and also did not state what I was given… I then said I just wanted to get out of there simply because I was there all day and was not able to eat because of the medication’s side effects I was throwing up, fever and cold sweats, I broke out in a blotchy rash on my legs and arms.I then asked Rachel bracy simply can she properly bandage up where my IV was and what to do with the IV bag and IV and she replied “oh you seemed to have done a good job” then walked out of the room…at this point I just wanted to get the correct medication which they did not give me after 2 separate visits to the ER and basically the whole day. This is not right and this is only my encounter I have heard many other ones similar to the IV situation.I just hope we get better nurses that can properly evaluate situations, this only adds to why me as a Winnebago tribal member do not like visiting Twelve Clans ER.
The workers there were great, except some workers and patients who happened to be Winnebago. I'm Navajo and I've heard so many racist remarks from the Winnebago and Omaha tribes towards other tribes. I didn't not feel welcomed in the Winnebago community.
Sister went into labor and the doctors there told her she needed a C-section, she went to a Sioux City hospital and they told her she didn’t need a C-section
