He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with my choices. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the visit smooth and enjoyable. Five stars for Wize Eyes! I moved into the area recently and a friend recommended them to me. I was fitted for glasses with a prescription from my former eye doctor. When I got the glasses, they felt slightly off. I reached out to let them know. Peter took a look, made some minor adjustments and my glasses now are perfect! Over and beyond customer service!

Friendly and speedy customer service. They repair my glasses whenever I step on them like a club every 3 months or so. $20 bucks every time, 15-20 minutes. Highly recommend if you need I fix up your specs.

The manager Peter provided impeccable service.He was attentive, professional, knowledgeable and really seemed to care about my issue. Peter takes his work seriously and truly cares about the needs of his customers. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and I will continue to work with him for all my vision needs. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years at this particular Wise Eyes location. And between where I live and this particular location, there are probably 200 other eyeglass shops. The service is impeccable. The choice of glasses is outstanding and they care about you. I would like to give a shout-out to Pete, as I have never had a progressive rx that wasn’t perfectly fitted, and I attribute it to him. Everyone in that store is welcoming and professional.
