I was a former patient trying to reestablish care. After a long hold time, I requested a callback. When my call was returned, I learned that several providers had recently left the practice, resulting in extended wait times for appointments. The staff member I spoke with was polite and helpful, but the delay in accessing care was frustrating. I ultimately contacted another provider and was able to get an appointment the following week.

I'll get straight to it. I was blind as a bat because of cateracts. As a life long amateur astronomer, the stars had long since disappeared from the night sky. Dr. Mason and his team performed cateract lens replacement on both of my eyes. Then, after glasses to correct for astigmatism, my vision is now 20/15 in both eyes. At the recent Nebraska Star Party, I can now see +6 magnitude stars!!! Billions and billions of them!! Thank you Dr. Mason for returning the stars to my life.
So here’s the deal. Our appointment was for 12:45 p.m. and we weren’t seen until 1:27 p.m. That’s a 42 minute delay and there was only 2 other people there. Also, the thermostat was on the wall and clearly set at 75*. So, I’m waiting and waiting... and sweating. With that said, the eye doc was nice and seemed very knowledgeable. Also, their seating is COVID-19 friendly if that matters to you. The bathrooms were clean along with the waiting area. Additionally, they hand out Crayons and markers to the kids. They did charge us our $25 copayment at the time of service. Cleanliness 9/10, Value 10/10, Attentiveness and Atmosphere 2/10. That equals a 21/30 or a 70% which equals a C. Overall unhappy and won’t be back unless I absolutely have to.
All of the technltions & doctors are very nice & courteous. They explaine things very well so I can understand what is going on. They are very thorough in their exams!
the entire staff was pleasant and kind. This was a short visit for me and I was in and out quickly.
