Wolstan & Goldberg Eye Associates

Very nice experience to visit Wolstan & Goldberg eye associates. The team is very professional and really understands how to accommodate a customer. From the receptionist that greats you to welcome you and explains the process to the Dr’s assistant who explains the process and gets the information about your condition, she was especially very comforting to a first time visitor and explained the process and took the time to get all the information about the symptoms. The Dr is very patient and explained what was going on during & after the examination process and gave a clear explanation on his diagnosis and steps that I needed to take for it. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I called the office reporting an eye injury two days before. Staff immediatley took my info and got me an appointment. My DR. Dr Lozano saw me and was amazing on discovering the issue. always great staff, front desk help and medical assistants. thank you

Dr. Anne Nguyen carefully examined my eyes and suggested that I need to have catarct surgery in my right eye. She then explained to me in greal deatil the procedure and my options. Since I have macular degenration, it will not be possible to correct my vision to enable me to see clearly both near and far without the help of glasses. I rather be able to read without glasses, and use galsses for distant viewing and for driving. After the examination, I made an appoitnment to have catarcat surgery. I have faith that Dr, Nguyen will do an excellent job of performing cataract surgery on me. based on her training and review of past pateints comments.

i got the appt the next day after my phone call. as a first timer, i had to fill up ppwk and etc., but it was pretty standard. The wait time was short, my name was called while i was down to the final 2 pages of ppwk. the assistance took me in first was very pleasant, and took time to listen. Dr. Nguyen also showed up quickly after my initial check. she took time to hear and check my eyes, and most importantly, re-assured that my eyes are quite okay. i was out of door less than an hour!

I went two consecutive days to see two doctors, Nguyen and Chio. This was my first time at this clinic and with these doctors. Although it was busy, I felt my wait times were appropriate. Both doctors were efficient and professional. After my session with Dr. Chio, I met with Optician Jasmin Sales to order new glasses. She also was very professional in helping me to find the frames I wanted. All together, I was very satisfied with the two visits.
