This is our first time at Woodlands Eye Associates and the service was amazing! Ms. Coreen and Ms. Danielle provided such warm customer service. They are so welcoming and kind. The front desk are so helpful as well! We will recommend your business to all of our friends ans the community!
Had a great experience with my eye exam. The process was quick but very thorough, and Dr. Cedillo took her time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, honestly hard to find places with a team this good. Definitely recommend!
From start to finish, my visit to the Woodland Eye Associates/Panther Creek was seamless. Dr Cedillo combines professionalism with genuine care. She took the time to explain the test results and made sure all my questions were answered. Shae, the optician was a standout! She helped me choose glasses that complement my face and her attention to details really showed. She also took the extra mile to call the company to verify my insurance coverage. Angela at the front desk was also amazing. She patiently helped explain my insurance coverage and gave me discounts as needed. It’s rare to find a team both efficient and truly attentive! Highly recommended!
Will not return. I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding services not covered by insurance and the fact that I was not informed I could opt out beforehand. I only learned at checkout that I had received a service my insurance did not cover, and when I raised concern, there was no refund offered—only that a note would be added to my account to ask me next time before performing the service. That should have happened from the start. I also found the office disorganized, as I had to spend time digging up information I had already provided, which delayed getting started. The front desk staff member handling my check-in contributed to that confusion and was also the same person I dealt with at checkout, where she came across as dismissive and lacking concern. Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and not patient-centered.
They always have great staff, the location is very good. I felt always satisfied of the service. Appreciate Miranda’s helps, she is so kind and gentle. She wear always a beautiful smile to everybody.
