Everyone is very pleasant. I was pleased to see Allen’s daughter Erin working in there. Very good about answering any questions and very professional. I also had great help in picking out some new frames. Can’t wait to get them. It sure was nice to see some familiar faces. 😁
Woodsville Optical does a great job using their cancellation list. They got me in the next day! Vicky was great getting my pretests done. Dr Stark is very knowledgeable. Angel helped me find the perfect glasses. Very professional. Glad I found them.
I awoke with extreme eye pain. I called the office prior to operating hours, and leftva message in hopes of being seen quickly. Dr. Stack called me back immediately and told me to come in as soon as possible. I thought that was amazing and I was so relieved knowing the pain i was feeling would be resolved shortly. I was seen quickly upon arrival, despite not being on the schedule. Dr. Stack diffused my anxiety regarding the overall health of my eye and eased my worry about the treatment needed. I will be forever grateful and thankful for the quick care and treatment received.
Great overall experience. Doctor Stack and his staff listened to my daughter’s concerns with my input and we were able to address her needs. I really appreciate being able to reschedule to this appointment due to a conflict. Thank you!
