first of all it was very overbooked when we went for our appt. I ask why, they said bc people cancel appts. alrighty then bc we sat in there over 2 hours before we were seen. did the eye exam, picked out glasses and waited to be contacted. never happened, so I call and mention to them they need better staff, ones who know how to actually do their jobs. so I call again, they tell me the glasses have been in and we could come pick them up. they tell me they will be here in the afternoon. so we go to collect the glasses and the receptionist made another mistake, thinking. I told her who I was, where I lived and I would be there. well they got confused and left them in another town where they have another office. I will never use them again. the doctor was great, but they need to redo everything else in the place.
Worst experience with a vision business in the 30 years I've worn corrective lenses.
