My appointment when very well. I was greeted very kindly by all the staff. I felt the many procedures to evaluate my vision was beneficial towards establishing my vision needs. Dr Lord was professional and very interested in providing me with the best care. I highly recommend anyone needing eye care to give Wythe Eye Associates a look.
Spacious and comfortable reception area, friendly and attentive staff. My appointment started within 10 minutes of scheduled time. Dr. Lord introduced himself, "Hi, I'm Steve." He and his assistants were thorough and informative. I was charged a co-pay, which I didn't expect, but was called within minutes of leaving the office to say it was a mistake and offered a refund or credit to my account. Very pleased so far.
Amazing people! Compassionate, caring, gentle. Dr. Amanda Brewer-Lord AMAZING. I have worn glasses for 61 yr with first doctor very rough that illicit a fight or flight… I fought! Dr Brewer-Lord put me at ease immediately and this exam was the BEST ever! I am no longer scared!!!!!❤️❤️❤️

Excellent eye doctor. It was a pleasure having Dr. Stephen Lord do the examination, and all of the interns and staff were wonderful. I previously went to the Pulaski office, but after my experience today, I may continue to see Dr. Lord in the future...great guy and easy to get along with and understand!
