Today was my first visit to see them. The whole entire staff is amazing. They made me feel welcome from start to finish. Plus, the staff didn’t mind my corny jokes. They are definitely the best in my book

Me and my daughter had to go here today for her routine check up. The assistants and the eye doctor treated us very nicely! However the lady that was in charge of helping us pick out new glasses/frames was a little rude. She spoke to us like she was annoyed with us the entire time. Continued to tell me daughter she could not pick a bigger frame because she has high prescription glasses and they would be heavy and look "weird" because her eyes already looked big in her glasses now and they would look worse... I was very surprised that she spoke like that. (In front of my child) The best part of an eye doctor for a child is picking out new glasses! This lady ruined that. My daughter started crying in the car. So I went inside and told the ladies at the front about what happened. This is unacceptable! To everyone else thank you very much but if this women doesnt appreciate her job maybe she should get a different one.
I am very grateful for their care here and feel like they are very knowledgeable and proffesional at what they do.
All the employees were at tentative and pleasant from entering g to leaving this morning. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The people who work there are so nice and so caring about the patients.I am very grateful to be one of the patients.
