I had a very positive experience at Xpress Optical. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

I’m absolutely in love with my new glasses! 🤓 The staff was so kind and patient, and they really took the time to help me pick out the perfect pair. I’m obsessed!! they’re so cute and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this place for their great customer service and amazing selection!

Eddie and Martica are very professional. They put the customer first, and make sure the customer is completely satisfied. I did not adjust to the progressive lenses, so Eddie made sure that the glasses were made into bifocals. They're great....Xpress Optical and my glasses!

My first time coming to Xpress Optical was back in March. I had my own designer glasses and wanted to get them prescribed, which I didn’t know could be done. Brought them in and the staff were very professional. I also took an eye test to see if my prescription needed an update. A week or so later I received my glasses and they came back great! I also got the UV coating on my lenses and it pairs well with the color of my glasses. This October my glasses got scratched and I brought them back to Xpress. They took them in no problem and I got my glasses back less than a week later! They came back looking brand new and sleeker (photos included). Highly recommend! 👍🏾

They charged me twice and never refunded me the amount. They told me to go with the police to talk to them, so I did. The police said that it was the 3rd case during that week, so they are used to it. For them, it is like approaching people who are not used to having health care insurance. They said that you have a “discount,” but at the end, they charged you AGAIN for what your health insurance covered already for you. Be careful. I highly recommend that you go to another place. Martha and her husband are so rude.
